Eligibility Criteria for a Natural History Trophy
If members would like prints or slides/digital projections to be entered for the Natural History Trophies, please tick the NH box on the right of the page. By ticking this box, the photographer certifies that the subject of the image is not domesticated, cultivated, hybridised, caged or in any way restrained (i.e. captive); that the subject appears in its natural environment; and that no major elements of the image have been added, deleted, moved, cloned, rearranged or combined (manipulation or modification of the original image is limited to minor retouching of blemishes, cropping, selective lightening or darkening and restoration of original colour). Within the above constraints, the subject matter may include any living, untamed animal (including insects), uncultivated plant, geological form or natural phenomenon (including, for example, icebergs).
